This is some crap. I downloaded your software, and ended up with babylon toolbar that cannot be uninstalled. It can only be “changed” and it crashed the system every time. Plus, I ended up with rivalgaming. com all over my computer, and their pop-ups. Thanks for nothing, and if you don’t come up with solutions, I will consider my legal options given that you don’t offer any warnings.

Have you ensured you have followed the steps above? Please could you explain in further detail for us (which browser etc) and we will look into your problem and get back to you asap.

The ads are installed during installation and you can decline them by choosing advanced installation which entails unchecking the babylon installation boxes. The reason we do this is because ConverterLite is free software and babylon helps fund our development costs.

      • ConverterLite

Be sure to follow the additional 5 steps we have updated.
Also be sure that once you make changes to your broswer that you restore session or close and re-open the browser for changes to take effect.

Or you can lookat the “Advanced install” and tell the installer “no, dont’ want this or this or this kthanxinstul”

the babylon toolbar and the searchqu searach engine are about as much fun as herpes.

you need to clean up your act – “free” video converter software isnt worth having if it comes with these unwanted addons that are difficult to eliminate.  get rid of everything to do with babylon and searchqu unless the user clicks on some option that ssays in big letters “YES PLEASE – FILL MY COMPUTER WITH GARBAGE AND MAKE MY BROWSER UNUSABLE”.

Business requires benefits for both parties. For you it’s a free conversion software. For us it’s funding from babylon to include their toolbar with the “Quick” Installation. Did you follow the above tutorial? If the above tutorial does not work then let us know and we will update it. Thank you.

      Which browser are you using?

      • ConverterLite

If you are using FireFox then Type “about:config” in the address bar. Then in the filter, type Babylon. Right click and reset all those with Babylon in the value. Particularly look for the “preference name” that mentions “new tab”.
