I keep getting the message no output device or format to proceed

    • ConverterLite

You have to click on a Format or Device and then a quality or model before converting.

I can hear the sound but I am not able to see the video. What do I do to see the video?

    • ConverterLite

could you please tell us the original file format and the converted format?
Also would you be able to send us the file or the log via: http://converterlite.uservoice.com/

Trying to convert a slide show created in picasa on my computer to a format that will play on a dvd player. I have tried several options without success. When I choose the DVD format the Converterlite program tells me to insert a DVD into either the “D” or “E” drives. When I do, it continues to loop to that same message; appears to not be recognizing my “E” drive.
Might be missing some step here, not sure. I have no problem placing the selected file into the converter program, but that is as far as I get. Please advise.
BTW, for us “less” savvy program folks, it would be helpful to have descriptions of what type of file format we should be choosing for our desired task.

This issue has already been resolved, however we have not gone live with the update yet. We shall update converterlite at some point today and you will be given an update message once opening the software.

Trying to convert VOB to MPEG1 — can I do it?

    • ConverterLite

The problem with VOB files is they are often encrypted/protected/locked. The purpose of our DVD ripping feature is to unlock the VOB files so they can convert.
